This is Irina she heard that in Nikopol, the UkrainianChildren organization has a program to help people to insulate the windows. She couldn’t believe that someone would be ready to help people for free. We made her seven insulate covering for the windows. She was very grateful and felt that it’s really warmer in her apartment.
