Ninnel is one of the few remaining residents in her building after two years of relentless shelling forced most people to leave. The shockwaves shattered all the windows in her apartment, leaving every room bitterly cold. However, thanks to the new window insulation, her home will now be much warmer.
Winter is here and we are replacing damaged windows as fast as we can. As little as $15 can replace a window.
