Valentina’s windows were destroyed by shelling during the summer. She temporarily covered them with wooden boards, but as the cold arrived, she realized surviving the winter with only wood instead of proper windows would be very difficult. Since she cannot afford to rely on gas heating, she hopes that insulating the windows will help retain as much warmth in her apartment as possible.
Winter is here and we are replacing damaged windows as fast as we can. As little as $15 can replace a window.
The need is big, but small donations will make a difference!
