This is Tatiana, she lives in the village Pershotravneve. She is a pensioner and also she’s single. She doesn’t have any children who could help her. There is no heating in the house. When we brought her the stove it was 5° degrees in the room, because of the cold in the room, wallpapers fell off and mold covered all the walls. After we have installed the stove for the first time she felt warm in her house. She said thank you so much for your help.
