Nikopol, Ukraine is located on the Dnipro river in eastern Ukraine. Across the river is the nuclear power plant being held by the Russians. Nikopol faces a daily barrage of shelling from near the power plant and obviously can’t return fire. We are replacing bombed out windows with a novel temporary method.
