This is Neonela. She’s 84 years old. Her window was destroyed because of shell, but but he’s so nice and sweet old lady she wasn’t in depression or disappointment. This is Oksana she has two little children. Because of shell all the windows in her house were destroyed. She covered it with the wooden pieces, and it was very cold, but when we installed the windows the temperature inside of the house went up. Okana was a very grateful.
