This is Anastasia. She is a pensioner and she lives alone. When the shell hit her building she was at home. Praise God she wasn’t injured. We made insulation windows for her and now it’s much warmer in her apartment.

This nice lady is Valentina. Her windows and balcony are damaged because of shell. She covered it with wooden pieces, but then she found out that it doesn’t hold warmth in the apartment.
