This is Maria. Her house was damaged after the shell and some of her windows were destroyed. She couldn’t get the wooden pieces from local authorities, so she covered her windows with different wooden pieces which she could find in her house. This window insulation which we did her was a great blessing and support.

City of Myrnograd. Mr. Mykola is not used to asking for help.  He is used to doing everything himself for his family.  We called and offered him to get a stove, but he was ashamed.  However, we know very well that his house is not connected to the gas supply, the heat directly depends on an alternative heat source.  His wife is waiting for him at home, who has been struggling with a serious illness for several years.  We are glad to be able to help.

City of Myrnograd. There is no light in this photo, but there is a source of heat.  Mr. Volodymyr, the head of the family, received a burzhujika, which will help two families who are now forced to live together.  The family has a 7-year-old child with a disability, so any help is received with incredible gratitude.

This is Alla. Her windows were damaged because of shell. Some of them she covered with the wooden pieces, but she didn’t want to do this on all the windows so she would have some light come in the house. She said this window isolation was the best idea. Thank you so much UkrainianChildren. org
