Today was a very busy day for everyone.

Unusual illusions in the museum, then an interesting tour of the Old Town.

The most memorable things for the children were later depicted in their sand drawings.

These were the houses of Starówka, the national stadium, and even the illusions they saw in the museum.

And the children from the older group are already professionals in animation?

This is Galina. She lives with her husband. Because of the shelling their windows were destroyed. At the same time, many other houses were damaged too. There was not enough for everyone so they covered their windows with blankets. Window installation which we did for them thanks to UkrainianChildren organisation was the only solution for them. They were very grateful!

We need funding to help keep this project going. As little as $15 can replace a window.

The need is big, but small donations will make a difference!

Today we met a new group of children.

The integration day was wonderful.

The children got to know each other and their teachers.

We greeted them warmly and gave them a short briefing, promising them an exciting program.

We took the children on an excursion to the Korolivski Lazienky park, which was led by a Ukrainian woman.

She was a wonderful guide. The children learned a lot of interesting things about the king of that time, his castles in the beautiful park, and his life customs and character.

After a tasty lunch and a short rest, the children started creating again. The older group came up with a story for an animated movie and were fascinated by the process. Children of the middle and senior groups were drawing with sand. This is a calming therapy that develops skills and the brain. It is beautiful, useful and has a wow effect

This is Tamara. She is a pensioner and she is disabled. She gathered money for a new windows for a very long time, because it’s so expensive for her. She was able to change only one window and because of russians attack that new window and all of her other windows were destroyed. She said that if not you, I won’t be able to fix my windows. Thank you so much for your help and support.

This is Oknasa. She lives with her husband and 2 children. Their windows were destroyed because of a shell. The glass pieces were all over the flat. Praise God they weren’t at home that night. We changed their wooden cover with windows insulation. Oksana said that much better.
