This is Elena. She lives with her daughter. When the shell  hit, they both were at home. They said they were saved only because they were in the far room. They couldn’t stay in the apartment because there were no windows. Now, thanks to this window insulation, they can come back to their home.

This is Lubov. Right now she lives alone. All of her family moved out after the shelling. She said that this is my city, this is my home and I can’t leave. So we help her to Insulate windows and she won’t be cold during the winter.

This is Katerina. She lives with her husband and 4 children. Last month, a shell hit the yard of their house. The shockwave destroyed almost all of their windows. Praise God, that night they decided to sleep in their basement. That’s why they survived. She said that it was a miracle. Thanks to UkrainianChildren we were able to insulate their windows which will keep them warm during the winter.
