At the time, she was living with her family in an another village, but the time came when she and her family had to go back to Nikopol. When they came in to the apartment, they saw all the windows were broken. She reached out to us for window insulation. Now, her family will be warm this winter.

This is Tatiana. Last year she went to visit her children abroad for a couple days. While she was gone, a shell hit their building. When she came back, she noticed that some of her windows were destroyed. She said that it was very cold for her last winter to stay in her apartment.
