This is Natalia and Yuri. Their house was shelled 3 times and the heating system and windows were destroyed. They live very close to the seashore and their home has been shelled three times. Because of shells, very often they don’t have electricity. They requested window insulation and the installer asked if they would like a stove. We returned later and installed the stove.
