This is Vera, she lives alone. She worked her whole life and is now a pensioner. Her pension is too small for her to be able to pay the gas bills. Right now it is -11 outside. When we came to her home it was +4 inside. She said that window insulation is the only help for her to be warm. She was very grateful to everyone who supports this project.
